Dance for Health - 2016
WHFS (Women’s Health & Family Services) is providing dance sessions as part of our supporting elders project, Stay Active @70+. “Dance for Health” starts on Monday 8th August for 6 weeks at the Tredegar Community Centre in Bow, and is open to people over 65 from the Chinese and Vietnamese communities living in Tower Hamlets.
We have a fully trained dance tutor who will provide simple and enjoyable dance tuition to help with co-ordination, balance and mental stimulation. Come and enjoy this fabulous dancing opportunity in a safe and relaxed environment totally free. Refreshments will also be provided. No need to book - just turn up!
